1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mozucat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mozucat regarding your use of the application.
2. Service Description
Mozucat is a media player application that allows you to connect to and stream content from IPTV service providers using your own credentials and subscriptions.
- Mozucat does NOT provide, host, store, or distribute any media content
- Mozucat does NOT act as an IPTV service provider
- Mozucat is solely a client application for accessing your existing IPTV services
- All content accessed through the App is provided by third-party IPTV service providers configured by the user
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Mozucat, you agree to:
- Use only legally obtained IPTV service credentials
- Ensure your IPTV service subscriptions are valid and legitimate
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding content streaming and copyright
- Not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not redistribute or resell the App or any part thereof
You are solely responsible for the content you access through your IPTV service provider and for ensuring that such access complies with applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
The Mozucat application, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Mozucat and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
- The Mozucat name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Mozucat
5. Content Disclaimer
Mozucat functions exclusively as a media player and client application. We want to make clear that:
- We have no control over the content provided by your IPTV service
- We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party content accessed through the App
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of content from your IPTV provider
- Content availability and quality depend entirely on your IPTV service provider
Any issues related to content should be directed to your IPTV service provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App
- We are not liable for any stream quality issues, buffering, or service interruptions from your IPTV provider
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
7. Account and Data
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV service credentials
- All activity that occurs using your configured service connections
- Ensuring your device security to protect locally stored data
Mozucat stores most IPTV data locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud account for your IPTV credentials or viewing history. However, for Mozucat Pro purchases, a pseudonymous application identifier and your entitlement status may be maintained by our payment and subscription providers. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data including saved credentials, favorites, and viewing history.
8. Indemnification
By using Mozucat, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mozucat, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
- Any content you access, stream, record, or distribute through the IPTV service provider you connect to
- Any dispute between you and your IPTV service provider
Mozucat does not select, host, recommend, endorse, index, or control the IPTV providers, playlists, or content you choose to access. You alone are responsible for the legality of the credentials, services, playlists, and content you use with the App. The App provides no list of providers and no preconfigured services.
9. Mozucat Pro Subscriptions
Mozucat may offer paid in-app purchases for premium features under the Mozucat Pro brand. Available offers may include:
- Monthly: a one-month auto-renewing subscription
- Annual: a one-year auto-renewing subscription
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that grants access to Mozucat Pro without recurring renewal, subject to service availability and the storefront account used for purchase
The reference price, applicable currency, taxes if any, exact duration, and included benefits for each offer are always shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store or Google Play checkout flow before you confirm your order. The price displayed at the time of payment controls.
Monthly and Annual offers renew automatically unless canceled from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refund is provided for a started period unless required by law or by the applicable storefront policy.
When a 7-day free trial is offered, it is limited to eligible users identified on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends under the rules of the applicable storefront, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the displayed price.
All payments, renewals, invoices, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the storefront used for purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to the App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective policies. Unless required otherwise by applicable law or storefront policy, Lifetime purchases and subscription periods already billed are non-refundable after access has been activated.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you request immediate performance of paid digital content or services, you acknowledge that any applicable right of withdrawal may end once access begins.
10. Push Notifications
By using the App, you consent to receive push notifications from Mozucat on your device, including:
- Service-related notifications (downloads finished, playback events, app updates)
- Account-related notifications (subscription status, security alerts)
- Optional promotional notifications (new features, important announcements)
You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Some service-related notifications may be required for the App to function correctly and cannot be disabled from within the App.
We will never send notifications containing sensitive personal data over insecure channels.
11. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Notices
Mozucat is a media player application. We do not host, store, distribute, transmit, or index any audiovisual content. All content streamed through the App is provided by IPTV service providers selected and configured by the user.
If you believe content accessed through an IPTV provider infringes your rights:
- Direct your complaint to the IPTV service provider that hosts and distributes the content. Mozucat has no ability to remove, block, or modify content on third-party servers.
- Contact us at support@mozucat.com if you believe a complaint has been misdirected to us. We will provide reasonable guidance to help you reach the correct party.
We reserve the right to cooperate with valid legal requests from competent authorities to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all locally stored data will be deleted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
